Red River Garage Doors is my new "Go-To". Rudy and his team hung a 12x14' door for me on 7/31/2023. He arrived ahead of time and within 2 mins, let me know I had a problem. My coral fence had to be cut and welded out. I had the equipment but did not know how to use it yet. Had a garage door opener already installed when I purchased the house, but no remote. I tried multiple universal remotes with no luck (Ryobi openers can be difficult to work with). I called Red River Garage Doors to come fix my parents garage after another company in Wichita Falls jacked them around. What a amazing man Rudy is with Red River Garage Doors. I explained to him they needed a spring that broke sent him pictures and he got out the next morning and got them all fixed up and also replaced the old wheels and let me say they garage door has never been smoother and you can’t even hear it go up and down. It’s a difference between night and day. I had read all of his reviews and they are all true. I experienced amazing , fast and exceptional customer service from Rudy and this is definitely the place you want to have your garage doors repaired , serviced or even replaced. He does it all. This company is going far and I can see why and I’m so excited to have found a honest , caring and adorable company. It’s a very rare deal in the times we are in.
