I had been waiting almost 2 weeks for another company to come see what was wrong with my garage door but was told that one thing or another of why they hadn't been there yet, so the last time I was told that, I asked if there was another place that could work on my garage door and was told to Google it, so I did. Got to my house assessed the problem and started fixing it immediately. The door didn't need to be replaced and it ended up just being a tune up with some adjustments. Red River Garage Doors is my new "Go-To". Rudy and his team hung a 12x14' door for me on 7/31/2023. He arrived ahead of time and within 2 mins, let me know I had a problem. My coral fence had to be cut and welded out. I had the equipment but did not know how to use it yet. His team member did not hesitate, he cut and welded the section out (Was NOT an easy job) and they went to work on the door (Pictures to follow - but I had to get this review out). This is our 2nd time to use Rudy and his team and they were just as fast and courteous as the first time! I called Red River Garage Doors to come fix my parents garage after another company in Wichita Falls jacked them around. What a amazing man Rudy is with Red River Garage Doors. I explained to him they needed a spring that broke sent him pictures and he got out the next morning and got them all fixed up and also replaced the old wheels and let me say they garage door has never been smoother and you can’t even hear it go up and down.
