We needed an out of network (Old Republic Home warranty) garage door repair so we called around. Everyone else was rude and didnt really want business. This is our 2nd time to use Rudy and his team and they were just as fast and courteous as the first time! Our cars were trapped in our garage after our garage door cratered and he came within an hour of calling him to get the garage door down and our cars out. My coral fence had to be cut and welded out. I had the equipment but did not know how to use it yet. Rudy came out the same day I called. It turned out to be a super easy fix. Rudy didn't even charge me. I offered to pay a service fee for him coming out but he just waved me away. Purchased a house that had a garage door opener without a remote. It is a Ryobi opener, and they are notorious for being difficult to pair with a remote. I called Red River Garage Doors to come fix my parents garage after another company in Wichita Falls jacked them around. What a amazing man Rudy is with Red River Garage Doors. I explained to him they needed a spring that broke sent him pictures and he got out the next morning and got them all fixed up and also replaced the old wheels and let me say they garage door has never been smoother and you can’t even hear it go up and down.
